ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all current members of the Artists Guild.
Two-dimensional and three-dimensional works in all media are eligible.
Maximum Size: 16 inches in any dimension. Measurements must include the frame. For three-dimensional works such as sculptures and ceramics, the measurements should include any attached base or support.
ELIGIBILITY:
A diverse exhibition will be selected, showcasing excellence in traditional art, fine craft, and contemporary practice. Artists are encouraged to submit work with any theme, subject, style, or medium.
All work must be original. Derivative works and copies of other artists' work are ineligible.
Works may be marked as "not for sale"
Prices should include shipping costs within the United States
The Artists Guild will take a 25% commission on all sales
All media are eligible, including video and installation.
For video works: Please note that OnlineJuriedShows does not process video works natively. You will upload still images and provide us with a link to the video hosted on another platform such as Youtube. Contact onlinejuriedshows@gmail.com for specific instructions on how to submit video work.
AWARDS:
1st Place: $300 • 2nd Place: $200 • 3rd Place: $100
• Three Honorable Mentions will also be awarded.
• All award winners will receive a certificate and be featured on the Guild website.
ENTRY FEE (Non-refundable):
$20 for one artwork, plus $5 for each additional work, up to five images.
• Entry fees must be paid by the entry deadline. Submit artwork online.
• Image submitted must be a true representation of the original.
• Acceptance is not guaranteed.
• Entry fee is non-refundable.

Delivery of artwork to the SHIFT Gallery:
Sunday, November 1 (Noon to 4 p.m.)
Monday, November 2 (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
First day of exhibition: Tuesday, November 3
Opening reception: Thursday, November 5, 5 to 8 p.m.
Exhibition closes: Tuesday, November 17, 6 p.m.
The exhibition will remain online on OnlineGalleryShows November 3 thru December 31, 2026.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES & TIPS:
Entering Your Images:
• Enter your images online at Online Juried Shows (OJS). Log in and click Enter This Show above to begin.
• List sizes up to the nearest inch. If the work is framed, include only the image. However, if the image extends onto the frame or is integrated into the piece, it can be left in. Verify that your images are right side up. Images should be at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi and in JPEG format.
• Please remember that the maximum size for individual works is 16 inches in any dimension (height, width, depth). These measurements MUST include the frame or (for sculptures) any attached base.
• Keep in mind that professional-quality photographs of your works of art may increase their chances of being selected by the juror. Ensure that the art is evenly and adequately lighted, that the image is in focus and distortion-free, and that distracting backgrounds are cropped out.
• When entering through OnlineJuriedShows for the first time, follow the instructions for opening an account and creating a password. Record your password for reuse in all future entries with onlinejuriedshows.com.

• The San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild is not responsible for any technical difficulties with artwork submission. All submission issues will be handled exclusively by OnlineJuriedShows (OJS). • All artists will receive acceptance/non-acceptance notification by email after jury process is complete.
• All works will be listed at the price set by the artist during the entry process.
• The information recorded on this entry form is considered final and cannot be changed.
• OnlineGalleryShows will send accepted artists a contract to sign and return.
• All work sold online on OnlineGalleryShows must be shipped within 7 days of notification of sale and is sold with free shipping within the US.
• All accepted artists will be required to supply OnlineGalleryShows with a framed image of their accepted entries by October 27th (if applicable)
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE and AGREEMENTS:
The following statements constitute an agreement between the artist and The
San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild. Any unfulfilled requirements (listed above) for this exhibition will result in disqualification. No exceptions will be made to these rules.
Neither The San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild, The San Diego Museum of Art, nor any of their employees or volunteers will be liable for loss or damage to any artwork incurred during shipping. Insurance, if desired, is the responsibility of the artist and the purchaser of the artwork.
The Artists Guild reserves the right to reproduce accepted artworks for promoting the exhibition. This may include, but is not limited to, media, media outlets, posters, mailings, social media, and the Guild website.
This exhibition continues the Guild’s 111-year exhibition tradition. The San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild is a nonprofit organization. Any money received from this exhibition is used to offset operating costs, including those incurred for running the exhibition. The remaining money is donated to the San Diego Museum of Art, under whose auspices the Guild operates, to assist with funding museum programs.
