JUDGE OF AWARDS

A watercolor of people walking in a street AI-generated content may be incorrect.

 Gary Tucker

Gary brings 20 years of experience teaching watercolor through his studio and workshops both nationally and internationally. He is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society and artist member of many art societies and associations. He believes that "Watercolor differs from other media in that there is a performance aspect to it. The fine pieces come out in one sitting and very often like a classic performance, something happens, a fusion of mind and subject, an improvisation that cannot be duplicated".
