The Wicker Part Fine Art Fair will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1425 N. Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60622 in Wicker Park – The Park. This event will include a curated group of fine artists displaying and selling their work, artworks installed in the gardens (the Garden as Gallery), hands-on family art workshops, and tours of the gardens. Some of the artists who are chosen to participate in the fair will be asked to collaborate with the garden designer, Doug Wood, to create art installations in the gardens.

Wicker Park Fine Art Fair requirements

• Artists must submit 3-6 photos of artwork with your application.

• All media are welcome as long as it is original work.

• Application fee is $20 and must be included in the application. If accepted the booth/space fee is $150.

Information for Artists

• Festival is one day only. Saturday, September 12, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

• Each artist will have a 10 x 10’ space, tents are NOT required. However, the fair will be held rain or shine. Spaces will be assigned.

• Artists may share a booth.

• The fair can accommodate approximately 50 artist booths.

• Booth fee is only $150. Artists are responsible for collecting sales tax. Artists keep all proceeds. No commission to the WPFAF.

• Artist’s statements and booth images are NOT required. Simply submit photos of your artwork for jurying.

• All art media are excepted including, painting, drawing, collage, fiber, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, and more. Not allowed are clothing, skin care, and food.

• Deadline to apply is March 31, 2026. Acceptance letters will be sent by April 15.

• WPFAF will provide social media templates to artists to be used for promotion.

• Check-in and Set-up time will be Saturday, September 12 starting at 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at the corner of Damen and Schiller.

• Free parking will be available half a block away.

• Electricity will not be available.

• No refunds of application fee or acceptance fee.

• if accepted an artist might be requested to include a piece of work in the Garden as Gallery.
