ISA MEMBER FINE ART SHOW July 2025

Show Title: “For the Love of Nature”
Show Dates: July 24th through August 25th, 2025
Location: Red Butte Garden, 300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108
Requirements: ISA members in good standing can submit their paintings. (2025 dues have been paid in order to participate). Only artwork completed from 2023 to 2025 which hasn’t shown at the Garden at any time are eligible.
Show Theme: “For the Love of Nature” is the theme. To connect people with plants and the beauty of living landscapes. Paintings can be anything to do with plants and landscapes. Red Butte Garden is a family-oriented facility. Nudes will not be accepted.
Medium: All traditional mediums except digital art. Oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, inks, encaustic, mixed media. Reduction prints and one-of-a-kind limited prints are accepted.
Commissions/Awards: All art must be for sale. Red Butte Gardens will charge 30% commission. Awards will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and four honorable mentions
Deadline: The entry period will start June1st, end June 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
Where to enter: The show is being managed by Onlinejuriedshows.com. Each member needs to have their own free account and log in (https://www.onlinejuriedshows.com/CreateNewAccount.aspx). After logging in, go to the link “current shows”. Search for the ISA show with the title “For the Love of Nature” to get back to this page, log in, click Enter This Show, and follow the instructions. If you already have an OnlineJuriedShows account, log in here and click Enter This Show to begin your submissions. Onlinejuredshows will collect entry fees. The fees are not refundable.
Juror: Bryan Mark Taylor
Fees and Entry Information: Up to three paintings per artist can be submitted.
· $15.00 for the first entry, $10.00 for each additional entry.
· Entries should be at least 1920 pixels on the longest side @ 72 dpi, jpg and under 4 mb. To convert your image to 1920 pixels @ 72 dpi, follow this link: https://www.onlinejuriedshows.com/1920FileUpload.aspx. Save the new image to your computer and choose the new file when completing your entry form. Notifications: The jurying for acceptance will be finished around June 30th 2025. Onlinejuriedshows.com will manage the notifications. Artists should add manager@onlinejuriedshows.com to their safe sender’s lists. Notifications will be sent via Constant Contact once the results are ready to view in their profiles.
Artwork Drop-off: July 23rd, 2025 from 9 AM to 1 PM
Artist Pick Up: August 26th from 10 AM until the Garden closes. If you are unable to pick up your work, please arrange for someone to pick up your work.
Artist’s Opening Reception: July 26th 2025, Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM
Additional Rules/Requirements: Paintings shall be ready to install when brought in. Paintings shall be wired using D-rings and framing wire. Frames shall be in good condition with no obvious visual or structural defects. No paintings using sawtooth hangers or similar devices will be accepted. Sculptures will include pedestals to display the 3D work. Glass glazing is acceptable for protecting watercolor, pastels, mixed media or any other work that requires glazing for protection. Any artwork not meeting these requirements will not be allowed in the show.
Additional bonus. Each artist that is accepted in the show can bring 5 pieces of “bin” art to sell. No entry fee is required. Bin art can be originals or prints or greeting cards. The bin art must be packaged in clear packaging with the name of the artist, title of artwork, medium if original, or print and price of the bin art clearly labeled in the front of the bin art
