·       Label the back of every painting with your name, title, price, contact info, especially text number in case there is a problem during hanging.

·       Drop off date: Sunday 11/26 to Tuesday 11/28 in Palette and Chisel dining room.  NO Exceptions! The $300 and Under Show is right before ours and you don’t want your work mixed up with those sales! All work is accepted unless ineligible, so plan to drop off your work Sunday 11/26 to Tuesday 11/28.

·       Pricing: Artists decide on their pricing but the exhibit minimum price for framed work is $250. The Palette will take 20% of all sales. There is no entry fee on OnlineJuriedShows.

·       ParticipationALL participating artists are required to volunteer to gallery sit or help with the opening reception. A volunteer sheet will be posted via our Facebook page the Monday before Thanksgiving. If you do not volunteer or show up for your slot, your paintings will not be hung or you will not be able to participate the following year. If we do not have gallery sitters, we cannot open the galleries and sell our work. If you have a problem with the volunteer time slots, contact Laurie Kennard at laurie.kennard@sbcgclobal.net and she will find something for you.

·       New this year!  Bins will be set up in each gallery. Every participating artist will be able to have 5 plein air paintings, UNFRAMED, in the bins. We suggest you use protective clear plastic sleeves. Watercolors should be backed and in a sleeve. Bin art must be uploaded through OnlineJuriedShows. Minimum pricing for bin art is $125.

·       Label paintings for the Bins with the title “Bin#1,” etc.
