Sonoran Plein Air Painters (SPAP) and the Stevens Gallery at Salpointe Catholic High School are sponsoring an exciting opportunity open to SPAP members. This spacious gallery will allow artists to show paintings created in plein air and in the studio.

Eligibility
· Open to all SPAP members with dues up to date.

Format & Entry Fees
· $25 for up to 3 entries; $5 more for a 4th entry and another $5 for a 5th entry. Only 3 will be accepted into the show.
· Size restrictions: 20 x 24 inches maximum.
· Show will be Juried/Judged. The Juror has the last say in the show selection.
· Sales will be split with 10% to the Stevens Gallery, 10% to SPAP, and 80 % to the artist.
Requirements
· Studio paintings should be in keeping with representational work that is the norm in the ‘Plein Air’ tradition ( that is no abstract, or non-objective work will be accepted).
· All entries must be 2 Dimensional, framed plein air or studio paintings in oils, acrylic, water media, or pastel.
· Works should be painted within the last 2 years.
· Work must not have been in previous shows.
· Please prepare art with wire on back to be hung on hooks.
· SPAP reserves the right to reject any artwork not deemed ready to hang.
Entering Your Images
You will use Online Juried Shows, click enter this show to begin the entry process.
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format, RGB color space. Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at: www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx. By entering this show, you are providing permission for the use of your images for promotional materials.

• Aug 27 9-10 am - Artists deliver accepted works to the Stevens Gallery

• Oct 2 9-10am - artists pick up artwork
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING JURY NOTIFICATIONS:
Notifications are sent through ConstantContact from Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com. To ensure receipt of this notification, please add Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com to your contact list, or safe senders’ list. On the day of notification, you can do the following, but you will also receive an email notification, sent from ConstantContact, that will state the same.
1. Go to OnlineJuriedShows.com and log in using your email address and password.
2. Right above where you just logged in, click "Your Artist Profile." You are now in Your account!
3. Click the show name and you will see your first image. The jury results will be under the thumbnail view.
4. As you will see, it will say either "This Image has been Accepted or Declined into the show." Under that sentence, you can click "Read Acceptance (or Declined) Letter." The letter will then be displayed below.
5. If you submitted more than one piece in the show, go to the next entered piece in the show by clicking the page number, displayed below the thumbnail image.
6. While you are in your account on OnlineJuriedShows.com, click "Personal Info" and make sure your name, address, phone number, and email address are up to date. NOTE: Please be sure to read your letters in their entirety. Most acceptance letters will ask you to RSVP or will have special instructions you must follow.
