- Sept. 27 - Digital entries deadline. Entries must be entered at Http://onlinejuriedshows.com by midnight of the date
- Oct. 10 - Acceptance notifications sent out
- Nov. 7 – Show is up on www.arkansaspastelsociety.com
- Nov. 13 – awards announced
- Dec. 3 Show closes
SALES
- Customers and clients will need to contact the artist to arrange for purchase.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to all paid members of Arkansas Pastel Society. Dues must have been paid by April 1, 2020.
- Entries must be original and must have been executed within the last three years.
- Entries must be at least 80% soft or oil pastel.
- APS reserves the right to refuse any work submitted
ENTRY
- Artist may submit up to two (2) entries.
- Entry fee is $30 for up to two (2) entries.

NOTE: Instructions are clear and simple. Accepted paintings will be shown and available for purchase online during the entire show.
BRAD CUSHMAN, JUROR
Brad Cushman is the gallery director and curator in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has been in this position since July of 2000. He is also a studio artist who enjoys painting, printmaking and mixed media collage. He received a BA in Studio Art from Illinois College, and an MFA in Painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art. He has worked with University TV to produce and host the program Inside Art and he is the voice of Picture Thison NPR in central Arkansas. His audio essays on art and design have been broadcast since 2005.
