AWARDS Prizes in excess of $4000, also purchase funds for the NHP&CC Permanent Collection.
ENTRY RULES

We will accept original art works (no giclée) in all traditional and contemporary media (except video) by artists from the Northeast USA, including New York and New Jersey.

New this year - we will also accept traditional and digital photography and digital art.

Art work previously shown with the NHP&CC, or works created in a supervised classroom are not allowed.

All wall art must be securely wired for hanging - no clip frames, brackets or wet work are allowed.

Art work cannot exceed 40” in width exclusive of frame.

Watercolors, pastels, mixed media, graphics and photography must be framed and under glass.

Sculptures are limited to 75 lbs. Stands must be provided.
ENTRY LIMITS AND FEES Two-dimensional artists and sculptors may enter up to 3 art works each. Sculptors may submit 2 jpeg views per piece. **Active NHP&CC members who are up to date on dues: $20 for first entry, and $10 for each additional entry. Others and non-members: $30 for first entry, and $10 for each additional entry. Note: due to limited space, only one piece may be accepted.
ONLINE SUBMISSION DATES January 1 - March 15. Enter through OnlineJuriedShows.com. For best results submit high quality images under 5MB. Help with photographing your entries, and in sizing and entering your images is available at www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx
NOTIFICATION of Accepted Work by April 6.
RECEIVING All work must be hand delivered to CAW on Thursday April 23, 6-8 PM or Saturday April 25, 9 AM-12 PM.
REMOVAL Saturday May 23, 12:30-2:30 PM or Monday May 25, 6-8 PM. Unclaimed art will be stored and incur a $50 late pick-up fee. No work may be removed before May 23, 12:30 PM.
SALES We encourage all work to be available for sale. No POR. The NHPCC takes a 20% commission on works sold. Works purchased for the NHP&CC Permanent Collection receive 80% of the catalog price.
LIABILITY All reasonable care will be taken with your work. Submission indicates your agreement that the NHP&CC and CAW have no responsibility for loss or damage.
**ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP Artists are eligible for and invited to active membership in the NHP&CC after their work has been accepted in two separate juried exhibitions.
