Crystal Cove Conservancy
Summer Art Show 2019

Crystal Cove Conservancy
Summer Art Show 2019

Exhibition Details

Crystal Cove’s biannual art shows have been growing in popularity for years now, with our most recent art show generating over $10,000 in sales. Artwork that’s accepted into this show has a chance to be seen by thousands, including a crowd of eager art lovers at the Artist’s Reception.

July 26th: Friday night’s rollicking opening reception has live music, food, and beverages to get people in the mood to buy.

July 27th-28th: The show continues through Sunday, and certain artists may be offered space to display their work in the park store’s permanent gallery.

Proceeds from the show are split 50/50, with half going to the artist and the other half benefiting Crystal Cove Conservancy.

Eligibility

All traditional media (oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, etc.) will be accepted, with the subject matter being Crystal Cove State Park: the historic district, coast, or backcountry areas. The show is open to any artist who is able to arrange for the delivery and return of unsold work, either in person or by mail at their own cost. All paintings must be priced for sale, framed and ready to hang. Please keep artwork to a maximum size of 12x16.

There is a flat fee of $20 for up to 3 images. Artists selected for the show will be asked to fill out forms related to payment and insurance information.
