QUALIFICATIONS

Open to active Signature Artist, Artist, Out-of-State Artist, and Mentor Program Members of the California Art Club.

SUBJECT

Paintings 9" x 12" and smaller (canvas size) of any subject.

We are looking for little gems for this exhibition - landscapes, still-life, figurative paintings - the subject matter is your choice!

MEDIUM

Oil, watercolor, pastel or acrylic

COMMISSION

60% Artist; 20% Old Mill; 20% CAC

All artwork MUST be for sale.

DEADLINE

Monday, August 13, 2018.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Upload artwork through Online Juried Shows to submit artwork for Monumental Miniatures 2018.

The is no limit to the number of pieces you can submit to the exhibition. There are no entry fees for this exhibition.

Paintings cannot exceed 9" x 12" or 108 sq inches, without frame. Any larger artworks will not be accepted.

TIP: When titling your artwork, you may want to consider adding the location. We are more likely to use your work in the press, if we know the location.

NOTIFICATIONS

Artists will be notified via email on or around Friday, August 17, 2018.

ARTWORK DROP-OFF

Monday, September 17, 2018; 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

*If artists cannot drop-off accepted artwork in person during the designated date and time, artwork must be shipped.

OUT-OF-TOWN SHIPPING

Must arrive before Friday, September 14, 2018.

Artists will be responsible for the cost of crating, handling, and shipping artwork to and from the exhibition via Box & Ship in Pasadena, CA. Box & Ship will charge a $40.00 handling fee. Further shipping information will be provided upon acceptance.
