SAGE SMALL WORKS
JURIED PASTEL SHOW
Eligibility:
Open to all pastel artists 18 years of age or older
All artwork must be 80% pastel
Entries must be original, painted within the last three years (2015 or later)
All entered work must be for sale
Maximum size limit is for the longest side to be 11" in width, 14" in height excluding matte and frame.
Works must be framed and ready to hang. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed.
Paintings that arrive with broken glass will need to be repaired at the artists expense if time allows or will not be hung.

Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found
at www.onlinejuriedshows.com
For best results, ensure your image is 1920 px @ 72 dpi. Images should be in
JPEG format, sRGB color space.
Submitted images must not include matting or frame.
Images must be smaller than 4 MB
All entries must be submitted by July 15th, 2018

Fees:
Entry fee for SAGE members is 3 entries for $35 and each additional entry $10.
Non-member is 3 for $45 and each additional entry is $15
Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

Notifications of acceptance and appreciation for entering the show will be
emailed by August 15, 2018.
Shipping and delivery instructions for accepted paintings will be included in a
notification email to be sent by August 15, 2018. Shipped paintings must be
received by September 5, 2017--including all paperwork requested and with a
prepaid return shipping label.
A 35% commission will be taken on all sales and is handled by SAGE.
Liability:
Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure that your artwork is safe;
however, SAGE will not be responsible for the loss or damage to paintings in
transit when submitted for this exhibition. Shipping insurance is the responsibility
of the submitting artist. Artwork will be insured while displayed at SAGE.
* In addition to this exciting first time National Exhibit, Mike Beeman will be
offering a workshop September 27th-29th
