ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to all artists who are current SDMAAG members. All 2D media and 3D media are acceptable, however, there is no electricity available for 3D installations. All work has to be original, NO REPRODUCTIONS. No copies of other artists’ works will be accepted.

Mr. Windsor teaches workshops throughout San Diego County and has exhibited at Alexander Salazar Fine Art, Noel-Baza Fine Arts, Oceanside Museum of Art and Sparks Gallery, to name a few....

EXHIBITION CALENDAR
October 1– 11:59 p.m. PST - Deadline for Entries
October 9 - 10 - Acceptance/Non- Acceptance notification sent
October 25 - Hand delivery of accepted artwork 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Deliver to Gallery 21, Spanish Village, Balboa Park
October 29 - Reception for artists from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Open to the public.
November 6 - END OF SHOW. Artwork will not be released before 4:00 p.m.
NO EXCEPTIONS. If arrangements for pick up of work have not been made, the work will become the property of the Artists Guild after 30 days and may be disposed of at the Artist Guild’s discretion.
SHIPPING: Shipping and pre-show hand delivery Instructions will be provided to accepted artists in their acceptance confirmation email. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist.
ENTRY FEE
Non Refundable Fee: $25 application fee for submission of up to 3 images. Entry fees must be paid by the entry deadline. Acceptance of artwork is not guaranteed.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
• You can enter your images online at www.OnlineJuriedShows.com
• Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
• Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format.

• All artists will receive notification by email after initial jury process is complete. Please add Services@OnlineJuriedShows.com and Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com to your safe senders list to ensure notifications are received.
SIZE LIMITATIONS
Two-dimensional art shall not exceed 36 inches in width and 42 inches in height, including the frame. Gallery-wrapped artwork will be accepted if edges are painted. Wall pieces may not exceed 30 pounds. Three-dimensional art shall not exceed 60 pounds.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENTS
The following statements constitute an agreement between the artist and The San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild. Any requirements of the exhibit not fulfilled will result in disqualification. No exceptions will be made to these rules.
Artwork must be offered for sale. The Artists Guild will retain a 35% commission on all artwork sold at Gallery 21. All sales have to go through the Artists Guild – no private sales are permitted.
The Entry Form must be filled out completely. The information recorded on this Entry Form is considered final and may not be changed. Prices may not be changed after submission.
Work that does not match the image submitted, or which is unprofessionally presented, will not be installed.
Two-dimensional art must be appropriately framed, wired and ready to hang. Acetate coverings, brackets, quick-frames, or any type of device leaving exposed glass or plexiglas will not be accepted. The Artists Guild will exclude any entry that presents unusual installation problems, or is improperly framed.
Accepted artists agree to staff the Gallery for at least one 2 ½ hour shift during the exhibition. A calendar will be available at drop-off for artists to sign up. If an artist is unable to staff the Gallery, he/she must pay $25 for a Spanish Village substitute staff person or make other arrangements for a sitter. Arrangements must be made in advance for this service.
IMAGE USE / COPYRIGHTS:
Artist retains all copyrights to submitted images and represented artwork. Digital images submitted with artist entry are for exhibition selection and marketing purposes for the exhibition only. By entering the competition, all artists grant SDMAAG the right to use the selected image(s) on printed materials and the gallery web site for promotional purposes. SDMAAG retains no copyrights to artists work.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Each artist must carry his/her own insurance. Though care will be taken in handling all entries, SDMAAG will not be responsible for loss or damage of any kind for any entry submitted. Submitting art to this exhibit constitutes an agreement on the part of the artist to the conditions set forth in this prospectus. SDMAAG may rescind the right of hanging or displaying any art misrepresented or unsuitably presented.

NOTE: Please be sure to read your letters in their entirety. Most acceptance letters will ask you to RSVP or will have special instructions you must follow.
