Best of Show Honoree 2016
Mona Dumoulin Cross has been passionate about two things: animals and painting. Mona’s fascination with animals and their bond with people have inspired her to celebrate them through portraiture. Mona has studied with Barbara Arsenault for the last twenty years. She lives in Taunton, Massachusetts, with her husband Rick and their two, much-loved shelties, Cooper & Sasha.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• This Exhibition is open to all PPSCC members.
• 80% of the exposed surface must be dry pastel. No oil pastels.
• There is no size limitation.
• Must be entirely the work of the artist and not copied from other artists’ work, photos or publications.
• Must not have been created under supervision (as in a workshop or class).
• If the work is not for sale, check “NFS” on the entry form.
• Works that have been exhibited in any previous PPSCC shows are not eligible for entry.
ENTRY FEES
$30 for up to three entries and $10 each for additional entry for a total of 6 entries allowed per artist. If you would like to become a member of the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod for $40 plus entry fees, you can pay upon checkout here on OnlineJuriedShows.com.
ENTRY PROCESS
• Online entry using Online Juried Shows
• To enter this show, you must have an account on OnlineJuriedShows. If you do not already have an account please go here to set one up: https://www.onlinejuriedshows.com/CreateNewAccount.aspx Once you have an account, you must sign in to enter the show.
• Up to 6 images may be submitted.
• No file-naming restrictions. Juror will not see the file name.
• JPEGs must not show mat, frame, etc., and must be an accurate representation of the artwork.
• Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
• Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space. PAYMENT
The ENTRY FEE is paid via PayPal/Credit card to On Line Juried Shows upon submission. No checks accepted. All entry fees are nonrefundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.
SALES
• Prices may not be changed after submission is completed and after due date.
• The artist’s email will be listed with each entry, and the artist will be entirely responsible for any sales.
• No commissions will be charged.
• As a condition of entry to the PPSCC Inaugural Online Members Show, the submitting artist agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein including granting permission to the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod and Online Juried Shows to reproduce the accepted paintings on their websites and for advertising and promotional purposes only.

A Note from OnlineJuriedShows

On the day of notification you can do the following, but you will also receive an email notification, sent from Constant Contact, that will state the same.
1. Go to OnlineJuriedShows.com and log in using your email address and password.
2. Right above where you just logged in, click "Your Artist Profile." You are now in Your account!
3. Click the show name and you will see your first image. The jury results will be under the thumbnail view.
4. As you will see, it will say either "This Image has been Accepted or Declined in to the show." Under that sentence, you can click "Read Acceptance (or Declined) Letter." The letter will then be displayed below.
5. If you submitted more than one piece in the show, go to the next entered piece in the show by clicking the page number, displayed below the thumbnail image.
NOTE: Please be sure to read your letters in their entirety. Most acceptance letters will have special instructions you must follow.
