I. Entry Information
•    Must be a resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, or West Virginia.
•    Submit images of Representational Paintings of Original Concept and Design Only. Paintings completed in a classroom or workshop setting are not considered original artwork.
•    Accepted mediums are: oil paint, watercolor paint, pastels, acrylic paint, gauche, and egg tempera only.
•    Paintings must have been completed within the past two (2) years.
•    Maximum Entries: Applicants may submit two (2) painting images for the $40 application fee.

II. Awards and Prizes (More than $10,000 in cash and prizes)
•    $5,000 WPSE Sponsored Cash Award for Best in Show
•    $2,000 First Place Award of Excellence WPSE Sponsored Cash Award
•    $1,000 WPSE Sponsored Third Place Cash Award
•    $500 WPSE Sponsored Cash Award of Distinction
•    $500 WPSE Sponsored Cash Award of Distinction
•    $500 WPSE Sponsored Cash Award of Distinction
•    $500 WPSE Sponsored Cash Award of Distinction

III. How to Submit Your Paintings
•    Entry form must be filled out in its entirety.  List sizes up to the nearest inch.  Submitted images must not include matting or frame.  Crop the photos to include only the artwork.  Be sure your images are right-side-up.
•    Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi.  Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space.  Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at:  www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx.  If you need help entering your images or are unable to, please write to us here:  www.onlinejuriedshows.com/Contact.aspx.
•    Please add Services@OnlineJuriedShows.com and Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com to your safe senders list to ensure notifications are received.

IV. Fees
•    There is a jury fee for this show of $40 for two painting images to be considered.  Fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

V. Calendar of Events
•    September 17, 2017, 11:59 p.m. PST - Digital Entries must be received and jury fees must be paid.
•    September 25, 2017- Award Winners published.
•    September 25, 2017-  Online Show Begins.
•    October 25, 2017 - Close of show.
