Art Entry Eligibility:
•    Artist may submit a total of 5 pieces for consideration – (approximately 125 works will be exhibited) pieces may include the following:
        Work started and completed plein air.
        Work started plein air and completed in studio.
        Work started and finished in studio Entries must not violate copyright laws.

•    Entries must be original and executed within the last 2 years w/o instructor supervision.
•    Maximum size: no larger than 72” in any direction
•    Minimum unframed size 8” x 10”
•    All work must be ready to exhibit
•    $45 processing fee.  Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

Entering Your Images:
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety.  List sizes up to the nearest inch.  Submitted images must not include matting or frame.  Crop the photos to include only the artwork.  Be sure your images are right-side-up.

For best results, make sure your images are at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi (but no larger than 4MB).  Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space.  Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at:  www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx.  If you need help entering your images or are unable to, please email Help@OnlineJuriedShows.com or call 949-287-8645.

Nature of entries:

•    Artists may submit up to 5 digital images for consideration with one $45 entry fee.  Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.  Submit images for review via
www.OnlineJuriedShows.com by Monday, October 24, 2016.  Acceptance results emailed to artists by Friday, October 28, 2016.
•    It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale
•    50% commission paid to artist for sales
•    Identify each image with Name, Title, Size, Medium, Price on the back.

Fees for Shipped Work:
•    Artist is responsible for shipping charges of work to and from exhibit.  A prepaid return label is to be included.

•    Although the utmost care will be taken in handling artwork, neither LPAPA nor its representatives will be responsible for damage or loss from any cause.
•    Work shipped to above address must arrive by November 12, 2016 the latest, no exceptions!  Work delivered after this date will not be exhibited!

NOTE:  Each artist will have his/ her work(s) available and properly labeled on back.

Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.  Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, Huntington Beach Art Center or any of it’s members will assume no liability for the loss, theft, or damage during all phases of this event.  Artists participating in the events of this show, agree to allow LPAPA and Huntington Beach Art Center reproduction privileges of their art for education, fund raising or publicity purpose only.  By submitting this entry, the participant acknowledges their responsibilities.
