CALL FOR ENTRY
Black Love Matters!
Join Sistagraphy this fall as we explore the theme of "Black LOVE Matters." We are looking for images that capture the essence of love, blackness, relationships, who we are, and where we live. Images will be exhibited in conjunction with Atlanta Celebrates Photography in October 2016 at Stonecrest Lithonia Library.
Submissions must correspond to the above theme. (A title for the exhibition will be determined at a future date.) Images may be captured on film or digitally. Submissions must be captured and post-processed solely by the entrant (except for film developing and printing). Works accepted for prior Sistagraphy exhibitions or books are not eligible.
ENTRY FEES
$20 for 3 entries. Entry fees are nonrefundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.
MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO ENTER
If you are not a current member and wish to enter, an additional $35 membership fee is due at the time of entry. Membership covers one calendar year (Jan-Dec).

GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY
You may enter up to three (3) images or photographic-based artworks.
ENTERING YOUR IMAGES
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety, including unframed dimensions (or size), framed dimensions (if not known, estimate it) or weight, medium, and price, if requested. List sizes up to the nearest half inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
For best results, make sure your image is 1920 pixels @72 dpi on the longest side. Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space. Only entries submitted through the Online Juried Shows website will be accepted. The website offers an on-line help desk to artists needing assistance to navigate the on-line submission process. Late entries are not accepted and will be automatically rejected by the website. The entry fee ($20) and, if needed, the membership fee ($35) will be processed at time of submission via Online Juried Shows. Submissions without payment will not be accepted.
If your artwork or images are accepted into the exhibition, you will be expected to upload a one-page artist bio and short statement about your work into your artist profile on OnlineJuriedShows.com. Instructions will be given in the acceptance letter.
Our goal is to select at least one image per submitting Sistagraphy member. However, all selected images must be technically proficient, please remember CLEP: C-composition L-lighting E-exposure P-placement/perspective.
