Prospectus:
In the dark of winter, we seek light – a flame to warm us, a torch to carry. This year, the artists at Kehler Liddell Gallery ask you to join us in offering illumination. We look to you for a ray of sunshine, a path of enlightenment, a spark. Set us ablaze with candles and lanterns, provide a flash of brilliance to absorb and reflect on, elucidate something by making visible that which is obscure. Bring a little levity to lighten the mood and our hearts. Winter maybe be dim, and we all cast shadow, these things we know. But please – in any media or mode you shine in – give us something to help light our way.

The Details:
- Deadline to Submit: by midnight on Sunday, January 8th, 2023
- Notification Date: Artists will be notified via email to view the results in their artist profiles on or around January 15th 2023
- Exhibition Dates: February 9 – March 12, 2022

Cash Prizes will be awarded!
$30 jurying fee, for up to 3 images.
Further Details:
- Open to all mediums. If you are submitting an audio or video submission, enter a still photo with your submission through OnlineJuriedShows.com to represent your entry and pay your entry fee. Then email your video or audio file to OnlineJuriedShows@gmail.com
- Artwork Drop Off: Sunday, 2/5 (4-6pm) or Monday, 2/6 (10-12pm, 4-7pm)
At drop-off, you must unpack your artwork and take your packaging materials with you. We do not have space to store packaging.
- Artwork Pick-Up: Sunday, 3/12 (4-6pm) or Monday, 3/13 (10-12pm, 4-7pm)
- Shipping Fees: It is the artist’s responsibility to pay for shipping and package correctly to ensure the safety of your artwork. Please use plexiglass in place of glass for framed artwork. Shipped artwork must arrive by Friday February 3rd, to ensure it arrives in time to be included in the exhibit. You must include a return shipping label with your piece, or your artwork will not be returned. Please email us for the shipping address.
- Commission Split: For all sales, the commission split is 60% (artists) / 40% (gallery). Commission checks will be cut and sent 2 weeks following the close of the exhibition.
- Safeguarding Artworks: KLG does not supply artwork insurance. Artists exhibit works at their own risk, and are responsible for supplying their own insurance if that is desired.
We take the utmost care of all exhibited artworks; artwork monitored by a KLG representative during show hours and we have a building alarm system when closed.
- Installation Requirements: If special equipment is needed to display your artwork (i.e. anything digital such as a TV, DVD player, etc), it is the artist’s responsibility to provide this equipment. KLG has a variety of dark metal pedestals for sculptural works. If something else is desired, this is the artist’s responsibility to provide as well. All artworks should arrive professionally presented and ready to hang.
- Size Limitations: Submitted wall-hanging works should not exceed 52in wide and 90in tall.
- For best results, make sure your image is 1920 pixels @ 72 dpi on the longest side. Images should be in JPG format, under 4 mb, and sRGB color space
