Kathy Gallegos is the owner and founder of Avenue 50 Studios, a multicultural alternative art space and gallery in Highland Park with an emphasis on Chicano and Latino art. She’s also a musician and an artist.

EXHIBIT THEME:

We’ve all been facing difficult events in our country in recent months. How has it impacted your artwork? Have you been able to channel your feelings creatively?

This is a new opportunity

to share your recent work.

NO RESTRICTIONS

This is an online juried show. Paintings, drawings, digital work, sculpture….whatever!! Please submit work that you have produced during these challenging times.

RULES OF ENTRY

ELIGIBILITY

• Work must be your own original artwork, not done under an instructor’s supervision, and not exhibited in any previous WPW show. Work completed in the last few months only please!

• This exhibit is for WPW members only.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Work does not have to be for sale.
• Original digital art will be considered but not digital reproductions.

ACCEPTED WORK

• No more than THREE entries by any single artist.
• WPW reserves the right to reproduce accepted artwork for publicity and documentation purposes.
• The artist retains all copyrights in the artwork.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

Artwork for consideration by juror must be entered in the OnlineJuriedShows.com website by midnight Sunday, November 29, 2020.

Please Note: You must carefully label each

entry with the name, title, size and media. DO NOT use all CAPS or all lowercase. Entries missing this information may be excluded from the Exhibit.

FEES

$20 for ONE entry, $5 for each additional entry, up to three total entries by a single artist. All fees must be paid by the entry deadline and are non-refundable and payable through the OnlineJuriedShows.com website. Credit card or PayPal are accepted.

DISCLAIMER

The images from this Exhibit to be displayed on the WPW website are the exclusive property of the individual artists and no rights are conveyed to anyone without the express written permission of the artist.

Entries not meeting the criteria listed will be disqualified and the entry fee will not be refunded.

DIGITAL IMAGES OF EACH PIECE

• Digital format: JPEG
• Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right side up.
• Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG (.jpg) format, sRGB color space. Help photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at: www.onlinejuriedshows.com/help.aspx.
