What makes this show special is it is the first phase of 4 phases to the sculpture park.  There is a $2500+ stipend for the 2 year loan with the option to for the town to buy your piece at anytime during the show. And this is an excellent way to have your piece viewed by many passing by. This park is in the center of town.
