QUALIFICATIONS

All current members of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the California Art Club.

SUBJECT MATTER

We are looking for paintings and sculpture that represent the natural beauty of the Bay Area and its abundance of parks.  Please submit your best work!

DEADLINE

Monday, April 22, 2019

MEDIUM

• Original paintings in oil, watercolor, pastel or acrylic
• Sculpture in all traditional formats – bronze, marble, terra cotta, fiberglass, wood or plaster
• Canvas, panel, and paper size can be no wider than 40”.

COMMISSION

50% Artist; 30% Firehouse Arts Center; 20% CAC
All artwork MUST be for sale.

HOW TO APPLY

Please submit artwork for Bay Area Parks: Outdoor Treasures to Online Juried Shows. You may submit up to 3 paintings.
You may submit two larger art works, and one miniature (9” x 12” or smaller).

ENTRY DONATION

Please pay by credit card through Online Juried Shows. The first image you submit is $35, and each additional image is $10.

NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications will be sent to artists via email on or about
Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

ARTWORK DROP-OFF

Thursday, June 6, 2019; 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Firehouse Arts Center

PREPARING PAINTINGS

All paintings must be wired for hanging. Please label the back of paintings with your name, title of the artwork, medium, dimensions, and price.

SHIPPING INFO

*No shipped artwork will be accepted for this exhibition. Please coordinate with friends, family, or fellow artists to deliver your artwork on the specified drop off date.

ARTISTS' RECEPTION

Saturday, June 15, 2019; 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Firehouse Arts Center

ARTWORK PICK-UP

Tuesday, July 23, 2019; 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Firehouse Arts Center
