Juried Multi-Media Exhibition
The exhibition runs May 10 through May 31, 2019 at the Featured Fine Art Gallery at Arts in the Sunset, Amarillo, Texas.

A full-color catalog of all entries will be produced and sold at exhibition. A free catalog will be provided to all entrants.
EXHIBITION AWARDS:
Over $6000 in awards will be presented.
Ann Crouch Award of Excellence: $1,000
First Place in each media: Oil/Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Collage & 3D - $500 each
Second Place in each media: Oil/Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Collage & 3D - $300 each
Third Place in each media: Oil/Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Collage & 3D - $200 each
Honorable Mentions
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all female residents of Texas working in oil/acrylics, pastel, watercolor, collage or 3D. All work must be original, No supervision or classwork, no copies of others’ work and no work from photographs not created by the artist. Work must not have been shown in any other juried exhibition. Work must have been completed within past two years.
FEES:
Hand Delivery, $20 for the first entry, $15 each thereafter
Shipping, $20 for the first entry, $15 each thereafter, included $40 Handling and Crating fees
PRESENTATION: Accepted works must be wired and ready to hang. No saw tooth hangers allowed. Wrapped canvases must be finished. Frames must be substantial enough to support the hanging of the painting. Frames with loose corners or nicks/gauges may be rejected. Noncompliance with prospectus regulations will result in rejection of entry. Maximum finished size including frame no larger than 45” any direction.
LIABILITY: Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the artist. The repair of any damaged entry is the responsibility of the submitting artist and must be repaired prior to the exhibition. Amarillo ArtsFest reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet the entry requirements.
SALES: Amarillo ArtsFest and the Arts in the Sunset Featured Fine Arts Gallery prefer that entries are for sale and priced at your current market value although entries may be marked not for sale (NFS). No changes in price or sale status will be allowed after entries are accepted. A commission of 25% will be charged on each sale. Sales will be processed by Arts in the Sunset.
