21st ANNUAL GIG HARBOR GARDEN TOUR
“CALL FOR ARTWORK” for 2018
The Gig Harbor Garden Tour Association (GHGTA) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization. Our mission is to provide annually a quality garden tour to promote literacy for children and adults on the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula. Visit www.gigharborgardentour.org
The GHGTA invites regional (Kitsap and Pierce County, WA) artists to submit two-dimensional garden related artwork to be considered for the publicity poster for the 2018 Gig Harbor Garden Tour. The selected artist will not receive a monetary stipend but will benefit from many facets of publicity and exposure such as posters, rack cards, press releases and program tickets. The selected artist will be able to have a complimentary booth space in the 2018 Garden Tour.
MEDIA
All 2-dimentional garden related themed art is eligible; printmaking, painting, photography, collage and digital art.
Size – not to exceed 16” X 22”. Vertical formats are preferred for reproduction purposes.
ENTERING YOUR IMAGES
Only digital images will be accepted. Two submissions per artist.

Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space. ENTRY FEE
A non-refundable single fee of $15.00 per artist is for 2 submissions. Entry fees must be paid by the entry deadline. Credit card and PayPal accepted through www.OnlineJuriedShows.com.
DISCLAIMER
The artist retains ownership of the artwork but will sign a release allowing GHGTA to have professional digital scans of the artwork made for publicity purposes. GHGTA will assume those costs.

On the day of notification you can do the following, but you will also receive an email notification, sent from Constant Contact, that will state the same.
1. Go to OnlineJuriedShows.com and log in using your email address and password.
2. Right above where you just logged in, click "Your Artist Profile." You are now in Your account!
3. Click the show name and you will see your first image. The jury results will be under the thumbnail view.
4. As you will see, it will say either "This Image has been Accepted or Declined in to the show." Under that sentence, you can click "Read Acceptance (or Declined) Letter." The letter will then be displayed below.
5. If you submitted more than one piece in the show, go to the next entered piece in the show by clicking the page number, displayed below the thumbnail image.
NOTE: Please be sure to read your letters in their entirety. Most acceptance letters will have special instructions you must follow.
