Gallery Hours: Open Monday through Saturday from 11a.m. to 5 p.m.

Awards: Cash Prizes in each Category - 25 Awards (minimum):
Category Awards*
• 1st Place - $200*
• 2nd Place - $100*
• 3rd Place - $50*
• BEST IN SHOW - $500
Awards are limited to one per artist.
*Total awards per category dependent upon number of entries in each category.
The WVAG Show Committee, at its discretion, may offer additional Honorable Mention non-cash recognition ribbons.
As a juried show, all artwork is subject to acceptance based on the judges’ scores. Show entry is not guaranteed.
WVAG reserves the right to accept only artwork reflecting its high standards.
Eligibility:
• Open to all local artists.
• Maximum of 3 works per artist, no larger than 60” x 60” and weight not to exceed 60 lbs.
• All works must be original, professionally finished, appropriately framed or gallery wrapped and no saw tooth hangers.
• All exhibiting artists are required to sit/staff the Gallery or pay a $30 fee if they are unable to do so. Exhibiting artists over the age of 78 years are exempt from this requirement.
• No work previously hung at a WVAG show will be accepted.
• All work subject to a 30% fee for commission.
Entering Your Images:
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space. Liability:
Insurance is the artist’s responsibility. The City of Thousand Oaks/WVAG will not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
Entry Fee:
First entry: WVAG member $30, non-member $40
Second entry: WVAG member $10, non-member $15
Third entry: WVAG member $10, non-member $15
*Max 3 entries per artist. Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

Artists’ Reception: April 23, 2017, 3 – 5 p.m.
