OnlineJuriedShows.com makes it easy to accept digital entries, replacing the old slide method and eliminates having CD’s sent in.

OnlineJuriesShows.com takes care of the whole process from start to finish: Entries - Judging – Notification. It keeps track of payments as they come in and provides all kinds of options to look at the jury results.

OnlineJuriedShows.com is so cost effective and easy to use, you'll never look at another CD sent in.

All you need is a prospectus with all the details and we'll take care of the rest. . There's a $100 Setup Fee and you only pay for those artists who actually enter.
Give us a call or drop us a line and we'll be more than happy to tell you more about how it all works and what all the costs are.

From beginning to end, we handle the entire jury process.  You're never left hanging as we manage the entry process for you, including tech support.  You are also given the Admin username and password so you can see everything as the show progresses.

  • There is no limit to the amount of entries or artists a show can receive.
  • You can have several jurors all log in with their own account to jury the show from their own computers.  At the end, all the scores are combined and averaged.
  • You and the committee reviews the scores and makes the final determination as to who, what or how many pieces are accepted into the show.
  • We can have any number of categories for people to enter.  2D, 3D, Member, Non-Member, separate by medium... just about anything you like, it's up to you.
  • The fees can be separated however you like.
  • We send out the Accepted/Declined notices from the system.  You write the letters and they can include an attachment if you like. (helpful if you want the artists to attach a label to their work, or return a signed agreement, etc.)
  • We also have custom receipt message... so after the artist is done entering their work, on the receipt, you can have whatever message you like.
  • We can have the shows open for entry for as long as you like.  No extra charge.

Our fees are very simple, It's $7 per artist who enters.  If you open it up to unlimited entries per artist there is a volume cost discount.  There is also a Setup Fee of $150 to get your show in the system which also includes it in the month newsletter to over 55000 artists advertising your show.  We take care of putting the prospectus online and making sure all the technical info is correct, so don't worry about that.  Your original prospectus can also be available for download.

There are also standard Credit Card and PayPal transaction fees.... 2.99% + .30 per transaction.

And that's it for fees.

At the end of the show, we calculate everything and send you a check including an Excel sheet with a complete breakdown.  You can see who paid and how much.  In this way you can also include membership fees with entering the shows.  This virtually eliminates all financial risk to the organization.

All we need is your show prospectus to put a show online.

At the end of the show, we provide you with ALL the artists information broken down into the accepted and declined, a CD of ALL the work entered, including the full size images for print and the small and medium ones for web.  We also provide you with an Excel sheet useful for creating title cards.  We also provide a handy "check-in" sheet useful for keeping track of work as it arrives.

We do have a standard contract.  If (and I hope you do) decide to use OnlineJuriedShows.com, I'll send it over.  It can be returned via email or snail mail.

In short, let me say, you'll be pleasantly surprised and pleased at how easy our system makes it for accepting, jurying and notifying of juried work.  We are with you the entire way and you're never left hanging.  You also get the admin login for your show and can see the work as it comes in.

Introducing DailyBrushwork.com!

DailyBrushwork.com is the selling front to the popular OnlineJuriedShows.com.  It is completely optional to using OnlineJuriedShows.com.

If you jury a show and hang it in a gallery, why not offer the work online!  Get worldwide exposure with minimal effort.

Here's how it works... Once we run a show through OnlineJuriedShows, and the acceptance letters have gone out, we then post the accepted work to DailyBrushwork.com.. It goes live when your show is hung and comes down when your physical show comes down.  That way, you have the work in your possession to ship when something is sold.

All transactions are handled through PayPal.  Either directly into your organizations PayPal account or we can process the payments for you.  We automatically add tax for your locale as well as a nominal shipping and handling charge.  All monies collected are send directly to the organization.  The organization then pays the artist, minus the commission. Taxes are the responsibility of the Organization/Artist.

When a work is purchased, you are notified, you ship the work and enter the tracking number in the system.  Payment is released and everyone is happy!  This simple and effective way to sell work from your show is more affordable than you can imagine.  It's simple... For each work that is accepted into your show, a $5 fee is applied.  That's it.  Nothing else.  No commission.  Nothing.

There is a $75 optional postcard.  The postcard is for your artists to send to their collectors.  But wait! It gets even better... each postcard is individually tailored to each accepted artists' work... For each image they have accepted into the show, they get a postcard announcing the show, along with their artwork, name and link to their work as well as the show itself and It's automatically send to the artist when they get their acceptance letter(s).
Sound good?  I hope so!
